Orders are then shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with an order tracking number that will give you information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive at your door. We understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us on our contact page, ideally within an hour after placing it, and we will try to help. Cancellation is not guaranteed. However, we cannot cancel an order if it has already shipped.
We will issue a full refund and give you your money back on any product container returned at least half full within 30 days. We currently don’t process exchanges, but you can quickly return a product and purchase the one you want instead.

Yes, it is safe to use the dead sea mud mask.For Normal Use, it is recommended to use 2-3 times per month for best results and maximum benefits. For treatment use, recommended once or twice a week.
*Dead Sea Mud is high in minerals which can cause a tingling feeling or a feeling of burning during application and after washing, as the Mud creates heat and activates blood circulation. This feeling will disappear after a few minutes of washing off the Mud
The Scrub Soap is ideal for all types of skin and usually used as part of your daily routine to exfoliate/cleanse the face and Body. The Soothing Scrub Salts are used for exfoliating the Body and are very rough to exfoliate dead skin cells and deep cleanse. For Sensitive skin, it is recommended to use the Body Scrub Cream with a creamy base and the facial Exfoliative Cream, as both items are gentler on the skin.
*For sensitive skin, to better evaluate your skin’s reaction to any new item, we recommend testing the product on a small area of your hand to ensure you do not get any responses.
