Shipping Policy & Return 

Once you have placed your order on our website, it will be processed by our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are then shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. We’ll ship as soon as possible, within five business days of processing your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with an order tracking number that will give you information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive at your door. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to receive the tracking number.

Orders under € 69 – € 7.99 charge
Orders within USA/Canada ships via FedEx – 3-7 business days

If you wish to return a product, please contact us. Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. We will issue a full refund within 30 days for any product containers returned at least half full. We currently don’t process exchanges, but you can quickly return a product and purchase the one you want instead. Once you contact us about a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. Once the return is processed, you can expect a refund in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us ideally within an hour after placing it, and we will try to help. However, we cannot cancel an order if it has already shipped.
